Eric wants to appologize to everyone. It was an issue with the hosting company, not Eric's fault. Please email admins@exodus3000.com with any issues the downtime may have caused for you. well this caused me some major issues. i litterally went outside and started digging. you know what, i didnt find a thing. uhhhhggg. i also had some withdraw issues that sprang up too. didnt know i was addicted but now i know. thanks for the updates.

rofl jeff, I am so glad that I wasnt doing those things all alone. got the house cleaned. dogs bathed, they now hate me btw. lol
Just glad the game is back up and running so our addictions can continue.

Thanks for posting this while I was away Avs, and many thanks to you and the other admins for helping out as much as you could during the worst experience I've had since I started the game. I am extremely upset with my hosting company, and will be moving to a more reliable host ASAP. The power outage they experienced fried the hard drive and they apparently spent all day reconstructing it (or at least that's what they told me). 15 minutes of downtime is unacceptable, let alone a full 24 hours!

Many people canceled their subscriptions while the outage was going on, and I don't blame you. I had very limited options for contacting people since my email was also down, and the best I could do was post to a few offsite alliance forums. Within the next 12 hours, I will be sending a mass email to all members explaining the situation, and everyone will be getting 500 free moves and 2500 free Mars Dollars. To those of you who canceled your subscriptions, all I can say is that I am very sorry for this and I really did everything I could. I promise you that I am taking steps to ensure this never happens again, and I very much hope that you choose to re-subscribe in the future.

All emails that have been sent to me over the last two days were queued up and have now been delivered to me. There are over 100 of them from players, and I will do my best to respond to everyone personally. If you requested link bonuses, card redemptions, or anything else, I will take care of them in the order they were received. This will likely take me all day, so please have patience. I'll be in the chat room as much as I can to help out also.

Everyone knows the downtime wasn't your fault...We all understand...we all look forward to playing Exodus and are very glad you are back online.

Thankyou for the extra moves and the md...I hope that your host is at least going to compensate you for your inconvenience..it's the least they could do...if not then you could pass on their email addy and we could harrass then for you whaahhaaahaa Twisted Evil
